Abstract
A setting apparatus that configures a setting for detecting that an object existing at different positions in images corresponding to different times has passed through a detection line or a detection area composites, on an image, an indication indicating a trajectory of an object in an image, and outputs the image on which the indication is composited, as a setting window for setting the detection line or the detection area.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for causing a computer to perform a method for outputting a setting window for setting a detection line on an image for detecting an object that passes through the detection line, the method comprising:
- receiving image data indicating an image shot by an imaging unit;
- storing, in a memory, a trajectory of an object;
- and
- outputting the setting window on which the image shot by the imaging unit and a guide are displayed,
- wherein the guide is displayed on the setting window on the basis of the trajectory for setting the detection line.
A method for outputting a setting window by a setting apparatus for setting a detection line on an image for detecting an object that passes through the detection line, the method comprising:
- receiving image data indicating an image shot by an imaging unit;
- acquiring information regarding a trajectory of an object;
- and
- outputting the setting window on which the image shot by the imaging unit and a guide are displayed,
- wherein the guide is displayed on the setting window on the basis of the trajectory for setting the detection line in order to detect an object.
A setting apparatus for setting a detection line on an image in a setting window for detecting an object that passes through the detection line, the setting apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions, which, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to:
- receive image data indicating an image shot by an imaging unit;
- store, in a memory, a trajectory of an object;
- and
- output the setting window on which the image shot by the imaging unit and a guide are displayed,
- wherein the guide is displayed on the setting window on the basis of the trajectory for setting the detection line in order to detect an object.
