Abstract
In an embodiment, a method for authenticating data transfer is provided. A user-agent is redirected between an enterprise, an intermediary platform, and an application server.

A method for authenticating data transfer, the method comprising:
- an enterprise redirecting a user-agent to an intermediary platform, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising an enterprise user authentication token and an application identifier;
- the intermediary platform sending a connection PIN to the user-agent;
- an application receiving the connection PIN;
- the intermediary platform receiving an application user identifier, the connection PIN, and a callback URL;
- and
- the intermediary platform sending a platform user identifier and the application user identifier to the callback URL.
