Abstract
In general, certain embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and systems for a building-integrated communication system. The system comprises a building, one or more processors, and memory. The memory includes one or more programs comprising instructions for transmitting one or more data packets over a network to one or more mobile user devices, the one or more data packets including identification information for a user; authenticating the user based on the identification information; and after authenticating the user, allowing the user to be able to access certain building functions and communication channels between other authenticated users.
Claims20
A building-integrated communication system, comprising:
- a building;
- one or more processors;
- memory;
- and
- one or more programs stored in the memory, the one or more programs comprising instructions for:
- transmitting one or more data packets over a network to one or more mobile user devices, the one or more data packets including identification information for a user;
- authenticating the user based on the identification information;
- and
- after authenticating the user, allowing the user to be able to access certain building functions and communication channels between other authenticated users.
A method managing building-integrated communications within a building comprising:
- transmitting one or more data packets over a network to one or more mobile user devices, the one or more data packets including identification information for a user;
- authenticating the user based on the identification information;
- and
- after authenticating the user, allowing the user to be able to access certain building functions and communication channels between other authenticated users over a private building network.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured for execution by a computer, the one or more programs comprising one or more instructions for:
- transmitting one or more data packets over a network to one or more mobile user devices, the one or more data packets including identification information for a user;
- authenticating the user based on the identification information;
- and
- after authenticating the user, allowing the user to be able to access certain building functions and communication channels between other authenticated users.
