Abstract
Provided are a recombinant protein, a gene encoding the recombinant protein, a recombinant microorganism including the gene, and a method of degrading a macromolecular substance using the recombinant microorganism or the recombinant protein.
Claims16
A recombinant microorganism that expresses a recombinant protein comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 at an increased level relative to a parent strain.
A method of degrading a macromolecular substance, the method comprising:
- contacting the macromolecular substance with a recombinant microorganism, a lysate thereof, or a fraction of the lysate thereof, the recombinant microorganism that expresses a recombinant protein comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.
A vector comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a recombinant protein comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.
