Tomato rootstock variety designated ‘RTS-188’ is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of tomato rootstock ‘RTS-188’, to the plants of tomato rootstock ‘RTS-188’, and to methods for producing plants, and to methods for producing other tomato rootstock lines, cultivars, transgenic plants or hybrids derived from the tomato rootstock variety ‘RTS-188’.

A method of making tomato rootstock variety ‘RTS-188’, said method comprising selecting seeds from the cross of one ‘RTS-188’ plant with another ‘RTS-188’ plant, a sample of ‘RTS-188’ tomato seed having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number X1.
A tomato plant comprising a rootstock and a scion engrafted onto the rootstock, wherein said rootstock is from tomato rootstock variety ‘RTS-188’, representative sample of ‘RTS-188’ tomato seed having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number X1.
