Abstract
A concrete layer having an upper surface and a lower surface, a first fiber layer having longitudinally oriented and radially oriented fiber embedded in the upper surface of the concrete layer, and a second fiber layering having longitudinally oriented and radially oriented fiber embedded in the lower surface of the concrete layer.

A concrete pipe comprising:
- a concrete layer having an upper surface and a lower surface;
- a first fiber layer having longitudinally oriented and radially oriented fiber embedded in the upper surface of the concrete layer;
- and
- a second fiber layering having longitudinally oriented and radially oriented fiber embedded in the lower surface of the concrete layer.

A method of manufacturing a concrete pipe on a mandrel comprising:
- applying a concrete layer;
- applying a fiber layer consisting of radially oriented fiber and longitudinally oriented fiber to an inner diameter of the concrete layer;
- and
- applying a fiber layer consisting of radially oriented fiber and longitudinally oriented fiber to an outer diameter of the concrete layer.
