Abstract
A method for making a custom pose-able, full body action figure of an individual with customized recloseable packaging for the action figure comprises: making a head for the action figure from front and optional side view photographs; assembling a full body shape approximating that of the individual's gender, relative height and weight (i.e., body build); relative dimensions; painting the full body shape and providing it with customized apparel; and attaching the head to the full body shape in a swivelable manner. The action figure is supplemented with one or more accessories before being placed in a custom printed, repeatedly recloseable display package.

A method for making a custom pose-able, full body action figure of an individual with customized recloseable packaging for the action figure, said method comprising:
- (a) making a head for the action figure from photographs of the individual;
- (b) assembling a full body shape approximating that of the individual in terms of gender and relative dimensions;
- (c) painting the full body shape;
- (d) providing the full body shape with customized apparel;
- (e) attaching the head to the full body shape to make the action figure with the head that may be tilted or swiveled about;
- (f) providing one or more custom accessories for the individual;
- and
- (g) placing the action figure in a custom printed, repeatedly recloseable package.
A method for making a custom pose-able, full body action figure of an individual with customized recloseable packaging for the action figure, said method comprising:
- (a) making a head for the action figure from at least a front view photograph of the individual;
- (b) assembling a full body shape approximating that of the individual in terms of gender and relative dimensions;
- (c) painting the full body shape;
- (d) providing the full body shape with customized apparel;
- (e) attaching the head in a swivelable joint manner to a neck area of the full body shape;
- (f) providing one or more custom accessories for the individual;
- and
- (g) placing the action figure in a custom printed, repeatedly recloseable package that includes a list of facts specific for the individual including one or more of:
- date of birth, nicknames, hometown, alma mater, spouse, children, current occupation.
