Fluid valve, in particular a return valve for a painting system

The fluid valve according to claim 34, wherein the fluid valve autonomously and based on its construction activates a closing force amplifier if paint at the inlet side of the return valve is present.

The fluid valve according to claim 34, wherein the fluid valve autonomously and based on its construction switches an arrest mechanism to achieve closing force amplification if paint at the inlet side of the return valve is present.

The fluid valve according to claim 34, wherein

• a) the switching element is provided to move axially in the direction of the arrest element in order to achieve at least one of the closing position, the closing force amplification, and unlocking the arrest of the arrest portion in that the arrest element is deformed radially from its original form;
• and
• b) the switching element is provided to move axially in the direction away from the arrest element in order to achieve at least one of a waiting position, the opening position, and locking the arrest of the arrest portionin that the arrest element returns into its original form.

The fluid valve according to claim 34, further comprising a shut-off body with a perforated disc.

A fluid valve for a paint system, the fluid valve switches between an opening position and a closing position, where a fluid flows through an inlet when the valve is in the opening position, the fluid valve comprising:

• a cylinder having a piston movable therein, the piston being biased by a lower spring on a first side of the piston and biased by an upper spring on a second side of the piston;
• a piston engaging with a rod, the rod including an elongated hole, the elongated hole receiving a spring, the piston and the rod facilitating movement of a shut off body wherein the shut off body moves between the opening positon and the closing positon based on the fluid viscosity on the inlet side.
