## Abstract

The present invention provides an application of chlorogenic acid in preparing medicines for treating lupus erythematosus. The chlorogenic acid can improve an immunity function. The present invention provides a preparation for treating lupus erythematosus, comprising chlorogenic acid and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials. The present invention further provides a combined medicine comprising chlorogenic acid and medicines for treating lupus erythematosus.

### Claim 1

An application of chlorogenic acid in preparation of medicines for treatment of lupus erythematosus.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The application according to claim 1, in which said drug can improve the immune function.

### Claim 3

A preparation used for treatment of lupus erythematosus, and said preparations contain chlorogenic acid and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or auxiliary materials.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The preparation according to claim 3, and said preparations are oral preparations, injectable preparations, or transdermal preparations for external use.

### Claim 5 (depends on 3)

The preparation according to claim 3, and said preparations contain 1-1000 mg of chlorogenic acid per dose unit, and the dosage used in clinical is 1-100 mg/kg.

### Claim 6

A drug combination used for treatment of lupus erythematosus, and said combination includes chlorogenic acid and other medicines treating lupus erythematosus.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

A drug combination according to claim 6, said medicines treating lupus erythematosus are selected from the group of hydroxychlorochin, methopterin, azathioprine, clofazimine, thymosin, levamisole, and thymosin.

The preparation according to claim 4, and said preparations contain 1-1000 mg of chlorogenic acid per dose unit, and the dosage used in clinical is 1-100 mg/kg.
