Abstract
Provided is a device management system including plural situation grasping devices that are provided in an office room, each of which grasps surrounding situations, and an image forming apparatus that is provided in the office room, includes a storage unit storing information on the plural situation grasping devices, and forms an image on a recording material.

A device management system comprising:
- a plurality of situation grasping devices that are provided in an office room, each of which grasps surrounding situations;
- and
- an image forming apparatus that is provided in the office room, includes a storage unit storing information on the plurality of situation grasping devices, and forms an image on a recording material.
An image forming apparatus comprising:
- an image forming unit that forms an image on a recording material;
- an acquiring unit that acquires information on a plurality of situation grasping devices, each of which grasps surrounding situations;
- and
- a storage unit that stores the information on the plurality of situation grasping devices, the information being acquired by the acquiring unit.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer provided in an image forming apparatus for forming an image on a recording material to execute a process, the process comprising:
- acquiring information on a plurality of situation grasping devices, each of which grasps surrounding situations;
- and
- storing the acquired information on the plurality of situation grasping devices in a storage unit.
