Switch drive circuit for switch reducing lc resonance

A drive circuit that drives a plurality of voltage controlled switches mutually connected in parallel, in which a flywheel diode is connected in reverse parallel to each of the voltage controlled switches, the drive circuit comprising:

• a charge path provided for each voltage controlled switch and connected to a gate of the voltage controlled switch, through which gate charge current flows to turn the voltage controlled switch ON;
• a discharge path provided for each voltage controlled switch and connected to the gate and an output terminal of the voltage controlled switch, through which gate discharge current flows to turn the voltage controlled switch OFF;
• and
• at least either,
• a charging side element provided for each voltage controlled switch, disposed on a charging side loop path having the gate, a part of the charge path and the output terminal, restricting a current flow to be in one direction and not disturbing a current flow of charge current;
• or
• a discharging side element provided for each voltage controlled switch, disposed on a discharging side loop path having the gate, a part of the discharge path and the output terminal, restricting a current flow to be in one direction and not disturbing a current flow of discharge current.
