Abstract
A display device, in which a plurality of display panels overlap each other and an image is displayed on each of the display panels, comprises a first frame supporting the plurality of display panels. The first frame includes a frame-shaped frame unit on which the plurality of display panels are placed, and a plurality of spacers attached to the frame unit. The plurality of spacers include at least one reference spacer fixed to the frame unit and at least one position adjustment spacer adjustably attached to the frame unit. An outer peripheral end of each of the plurality of display panels is fixed while pushed against the reference spacer and the position adjustment spacer.

A display device, in which a plurality of display panels overlap each other and an image is displayed on each of the display panels,
- the display device comprising a first frame supporting the plurality of display panels, wherein
- the first frame includes a frame-shaped frame unit on which the plurality of display panels are placed, and a plurality of spacers attached to the frame unit,
- the plurality of spacers include at least one reference spacer fixed to the frame unit and at least one position adjustment spacer adjustably attached to the frame unit, and
- an outer peripheral end of each of the plurality of display panels is fixed while pushed against the reference spacer and the position adjustment spacer.
A method for assembling a display device, in which a plurality of display panels overlap each other and an image is displayed on each of the display panels,
- the method comprising:
- fixing a reference spacer to a frame-shaped frame unit of a first frame supporting the plurality of display panels;
- placing the plurality of display panels on the frame unit such that an outer peripheral end of each of the plurality of display panels is located in surroundings of the reference spacer;
- disposing adjustably a position adjustment spacer in the frame unit;
- moving the position adjustment spacer while pushing the position adjustment spacer against the outer peripheral ends of each of the plurality of display panels, and pushing the outer peripheral ends of each of the plurality of display panels against the reference spacer;
- and
- fixing the position adjustment spacer to the frame unit.
