Abstract
Method and apparatus for authentication of a user to a server that involves the user performing a requested act and that further involves relative movement between the user and a camera wherein fiducial marks are captured.

A method, comprising:
- a device executing a procedure that requests a user to perform an act that involves a relative movement between the user and a camera;
- the device, with the camera, observing the user performing the act, wherein fiducial marks of the user are captured;
- and
- the device real-time transmitting information pertaining to the observation to the server for the purposes of authentication.

- a stored program computer, wherein a program of the stored program computer when executed causes the stored program computer
- to execute a procedure that requests a user to perform an act that involves a relative movement between the user and a camera;
- to observe, with the camera, the user performing the act requested by the procedure, wherein fiducial marks of the user are captured;

- to real-time transmit information pertaining to the observation to the server for the purposes of authentication;
