Diaza-benzofluoranthrene compounds

A compound of formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts or tautomers thereof,

• wherein:
• R1 and R3 are separately and independently selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, CN, OH, SH, NH2, CHO, or COOH;
• or
• R1 and R3 are separately and independently selected from the group, optionally substituted by R01, consisting of
• C(═O)NH2, S(═O)NH2, S(═O)2NH2, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 heteroalkyl, C3-10 cyclic hydrocarbyl, C3-10 heterocyclic hydrocarbyl, C1-10 alkyl substituted by C3-10 cyclohydrocarbyl or C3-10 heterocyclohydrocarbyl, C1-10 heteroalkyl substituted by C3-10 cyclohydrocarbyl or C3-10 heterocyclohydrocarbyl, C1-10 alkenyl, and C1-10 heteroalkenyl;
• R2 is selected from 5- or 6-membered unsaturated cyclic hydrocarbyl, 5- or 6-membered unsaturated heterocyclic hydrocarbyl,
• each optionally substituted by R01;
• R01 is selected from F, Cl, Br, I, CN, OH, SH, NH2, CHO, COOH, C(═O)NH2, S(═O)NH2, S(═O)2NH2 or R02;
• R02 is selected from C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 heteroalkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C3-10 heterocyclic alkyl, aminoacyl, or a 5- to 12-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group;
• “hetero-” represents a hetero atom or a hetero atom-containing group, which is selected from the group consisting of —C(═O)N(Rd3)—, —N(Rd4)—, —C(═NRd5)—, —S(═O)2N(Rd6)—, —S(═O)N(Rd7)—, —O—, —S—, ═O, ═S, —C(═O)O—, —C(═O)—, —C(═S)—, —S(═O)—, —S(═O)2— and —N(Rd8)C(═O)N(Rd9)—;
• Rd3-d9 are separately and independently selected from H, NH2, or R02;
• R02 is optionally substituted by R001;
• R001 is selected from F, Cl, Br, I, CN, OH, N(CH3)2, NH(CH3), NH2, CHO, COOH, C(═O)NH2, S(═O)NH2, S(═O)2NH2, trifluoromethyl, aminomethyl, hydroxymethyl, methyl, methoxy, formyl, methoxycarbonyl, methanesulfonyl, or methylsulfinyl;
• the number of R01, R001, the hetero atom or the hetero atom-containing group are separately and independently selected from 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
