Multipack having adhesively bonded containers and a carrying handle

A manufacture comprising a pack having at least four containers, a carrying handle, a first container-group, a second container-group, first and second sets of intragroup bonds, and intergroup bonds, wherein each of said containers is in one of said first and second container groups, wherein containers in said first container group are held together by intragroup bonds from said first set, wherein containers in said second group are held together by intragroup bonds from said second set, wherein said intergroup bonds hold together said first and second groups, and wherein said carrying handle spans at least two containers from different groups.

A method comprising producing a pack, wherein producing said pack comprises providing first and second arrangements of containers, applying adhesive spots on all but at least one of said containers in said first arrangement, applying adhesive spots on all but at least one of said containers in said second arrangement, forming a first group by pressing containers in said first arrangement together, thereby forming intragroup bonds between said containers, forming a second group by pressing containers in said second arrangement together, thereby forming intragroup bonds between said containers, applying, on at least one container in said first group, an adhesive spot for forming an intergroup bond, pressing together said first and second groups, thereby forming an intergroup bond, and spanning a carrying handle over at least two containers that are in different groups.
