Method for the production of labels, and multi-layer composite

A method for the production of labels (100), which each have a plurality of sheets (16;

• 16′), which are adhesively connected with one another in a first surface area region (1) of the basic label surface area (9) and lie loosely on one another in a second surface area region (2) of the basic label surface area (9), wherein the method comprises the following:
• a) imprinting of a carrier web (10), comprising printing an anti-adhesion layer (21) onto the carrier web (10) in a frame region (4) provided for a waste matrix (5), which region surrounds the basic label surface areas (9), and in the first surface area regions (1) of the basic label surface areas (9),
• b) application of a number of material webs (11;
• 11a, 11b, 11c) to the carrier web (10) and/or one on top of the other, as well as imprinting this number of material webs (11;
• 11a, 11b, 11c),
• wherein the number of material webs (11;
• 11a, 11b, 11c) serves for production of a number of lowermost sheets (16;
• 16a, 16b, 16c) of the respective label (100) and comprises either a single material web (11) or a plurality of material webs (11;
• 11a, 11b, 11c),
• wherein each material web of the number of material webs (11;
• 11a, 11b, 11c) is first applied individually and then imprinted, and
• wherein an anti-adhesion layer (22) is imprinted onto the last material web (12;
• 11;
• 11c) of the number of material webs (11;
• 11a, 11b, 11c) in third surface area regions (3;
• 3a, 3b), which are disposed between the first surface area regions (1) and the frame region (4) and/or between the second surface area regions (2) and the frame region (4),
• c) implementation of a punch h lc (60) or other severing of the material web of this number of material webs (11;

• d) completion of the labels (100) by means of application and imprinting an outermost material web (14) intended as an outermost sheet (24) of the labels (100), and by carrying out a frame punch (70) or other severing of all the material webs (11;

• wherein in step d), the frame punch (70) is carried out in such a manner that a waste matrix (5) can be severed and/or is severed from the first (1), second (2) and/or third surface area regions (3;
