Abstract
A bed board for a diagnostic bed of a medical examination apparatus is formed in a material that includes basalt fibers. The bed board may have a bed board body composed of basalt fibers and a filler in a predetermined ratio, or may be formed by a hollow shell, composed of basalt fibers and a binder in a predetermined ratio, with the hollow shell being filled by a filler material.
Claims15
A bed board for a diagnostic bed of a medical examination apparatus, said diagnostic bed comprising a bed frame and a drive device, said bed board comprising:
- a bed board body having a size and shape that fits within said bed frame so as to allow said bed board body to be driven relative to the bed frame by the driving device;
- and
- said bed board body being comprised of a material that includes basalt fibers.
A diagnostic bed for a medical apparatus, said diagnostic bed comprising:
- a supporting device;
- a bed frame that supports said supporting device;
- a bed board situated in said bed frame and supported by said supporting device;
- a driving device that drives the bed board so as to move relative to the bed frame;
- and
- said bed board being comprised of a material that includes basalt fibers.
A medical apparatus comprising:
- a medical data acquisition device;
- a diagnostic bed that is moveable relative to said medical data acquisition device;
- and
- said diagnostic bed comprising a supporting device, a bed frame that supports said supporting device, a bed board situated in said bed frame and supported by said supporting device, a driving device that drives the bed board so as to move relative to the bed frame, and said bed board being comprised of a material that includes basalt fibers.
A method for manufacturing a bed board, comprising:
- forming a bed board body from basalt fibers and a binder in a predetermined ratio;
- and
- forming said bed board by a procedure selected from the group consisting of manual pasting, metal mold pressing, and vacuum infusion low-pressure forming.
A method for manufacturing a bed board, comprising:
- forming a hollow shell comprised of basalt fibers and a binder in a predetermined ratio;
- enclosing a filler in said hollow shell, and thereby forming the bed board;
- and
- selecting said filler from the group consisting of wood-based material, foamed material, and plastic.
