Abstract
A method and apparatus for performing switching control between uplink (UL) and sidelink (SL) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives control information for a transmission direction of a specific type of communication from a network, and determines one of the UL or the SL as the transmission direction of the specific type of communication based on the control information. The specific type of communication may correspond to vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication.
Claims15
A method for performing, by a user equipment (UE), switching control between uplink (UL) and sidelink (SL) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving control information for a transmission direction of a specific type of communication from a network;
- and
- determining one of the UL or the SL as the transmission direction of the specific type of communication based on the control information.
A user equipment (UE) comprising:
- a memory;
- a transceiver;
- and
- a processor coupled to the memory and the transceiver, and configured to:
- control the transceiver to receive control information for a transmission direction of a specific type of communication from a network, and determine one of the UL or the SL as the transmission direction of the specific type of communication based on the control information.
