Network monitoring method and device

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program which causes a computer to execute a process, the process comprising:

• obtaining, from another computer, a user account corresponding to a credential extracted from first communication data, the credential being extracted, by the another computer, from second communication data between the terminal device and an issuing device which issues the credential to the terminal device, the first communication data corresponding to an authentication request from the terminal device to a providing device which processes a remote operation by the terminal device;
• and
• recording remote operation data extracted from third communication data from the terminal device to the providing device in association with the user account in a memory.

A method executed by a computer, the method comprising:

• obtaining, from another computer, a user account corresponding to a credential extracted from first communication data, the credential being extracted, by the another computer, from second communication data between the terminal device and an issuing device which issues the credential to the terminal device, the first communication data corresponding to an authentication request from the terminal device to a providing device which processes a remote operation by the terminal device;
• and
• recording remote operation data extracted from third communication data from the terminal device to the providing device in association with the user account in a memory.
