Abstract
A writing style of content of a composed message, directed to a set of recipients, may be determined. A previous message that includes a first subset of recipients in the set of recipients may be analyzed. Writing habits of the first subset of recipients may be identified based on the analyzing. A difference between the writing style of the content and the writing habits of the first subset of recipients may be identified. The content of the composed message may be modified based on the difference.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- determining, by a processor and using natural language processing, a writing style of content of a composed message directed to a set of recipients;
- analyzing, by the processor and using natural language processing, a previous message that includes a first subset of recipients in the set of recipients;
- identifying, based on the analyzing, writing habits of the first subset of recipients
- identifying, by the processor, a difference between the writing style of the content and the writing habits of the first subset of recipients;
- modifying, by the processor and based on the difference, the content of the composed message to the first subset of recipients.
A system comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory in communication with the processor, the memory containing program instructions that, when executed by the processor, are configured to cause the processor to perform a method comprising:
- determining, using natural language processing, a writing style of content of a composed message directed to a set of recipients;
- analyzing demographic information of a first subset of recipients in the set of recipients;
- identifying, based on the analyzing the demographic information, an indication of writing preference of the first subset of recipients;
- identifying a difference between the writing style of the content and the indicated writing preference;
- and
- modifying, based on the difference, the content of the composed message to the first subset of recipients.
A computer program product, the computer program product comprising a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a computer to cause the computer to:
- determine, using natural language processing, a writing style of content of a composed message written by a composer;
- analyze, using natural language processing, a response to a previous message, wherein the previous message was sent by the composer and the response was written by a responder;
- identify, based on the analyzing the response, a responder's negative reaction to the previous message;
- and
- modifying, based on the negative reaction, the content of the composed message.
