Thin film transistor array substrate and organic light-emitting diode display

A display device comprising:

• a substrate;
• a first scan line disposed on the substrate;
• a data line crossing the first scan line;
• a driving voltage line crossing the first scan line;
• a pixel circuit electrically connected to the first scan line, the data line and the driving voltage line;
• and
• an organic light emitting diode (OLED) electrically connected to the pixel circuit, the OLED including a first electrode, organic light-emitting layer and a second electrode,
• wherein the pixel circuit comprises:
• a first thin film transistor including a first channel region, a first drain region adjacent to a side of the first channel region, a first source region adjacent to another side of the first channel region, and a first gate electrode;
• a second thin film transistor including a second channel region, a second drain region adjacent to a side of the second channel region, a second source region adjacent to another side of the second channel region, and a second gate electrode overlapping the second channel region, wherein the second gate electrode and the second channel region is spaced apart from each other with a first insulating layer therebetween and the second gate electrode being electrically connected to the first scan line;
• a storage capacitor including a first metal pattern and a second metal pattern overlapping with a second insulating layer therebetween, wherein the first metal pattern overlaps the first channel region and spaced apart from the first channel region being with the first insulating layer therebetween;
• and
• a connection member connecting the first metal pattern and the second drain region, the connection member and the second metal pattern being apart from each other with a third insulating layer therebetween,
• wherein the first metal pattern is configured to operate as the first gate electrode.
