Abstract
An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area; an alignment mark located in the peripheral area; and an insulating film located in the peripheral area and including a first opening through which at least a part of the alignment mark is exposed and a plurality of slits that extend from the first opening.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus comprising:
- a substrate comprising a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area;
- an alignment mark located in the peripheral area;
- and
- an insulating film located in the peripheral area and comprising a first opening through which at least a portion of the alignment mark is exposed and a plurality of slits that extend from the first opening.

A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus, the method comprising:
- preparing a substrate comprising a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area;
- forming a conductive layer over the display area and the peripheral area and forming an alignment mark by patterning a portion of the conductive layer located in the peripheral area;
- forming an insulating film over the display area and the peripheral area;
- and
- forming a first opening through which at least a part of the alignment mark is exposed and a plurality of slits that extend from the first opening by patterning the insulating film.
