Abstract
A dielectric material is provided. The dielectric material includes at least one layer of a substantially continuous phase material. The material is selected from the group consisting of an organic, organometallic, or combination thereof in which the substantially continuous phase material has delocalized electrons.
Claims21
A dielectric material comprising:
- at least one layer of a substantially continuous phase material comprising a combination of organometallic and organic compositions having delocalized electrons.
A method for producing a dielectric material, comprising providing at least one layer of a substantially continuous phase material comprising a combination of organometallic and organic compositions having delocalized electrons.
