Abstract
A consumable management server connectable to a network includes a management section that manages identification information of a device using a consumable and supplier information indicating a supplier of the device in association with each other, a consumable information acquisition section that acquires consumable information on the consumable of the device through the network, and a delivery request processing section that transmits a delivery request for the consumable to the supplier through the network based on the supplier information associated with the identification information of the device in a case where the consumable is determined to be in a state of requiring replacement based on the consumable information.

A consumable management server connectable to a network, the consumable management server comprising:
- a management section that manages identification information of a device using a consumable and supplier information indicating a supplier of the device in association with each other;
- a consumable information acquisition section that acquires consumable information on the consumable of the device through the network;
- and
- a delivery request processing section that transmits a delivery request for the consumable to the supplier through the network based on the supplier information associated with the identification information of the device in a case where the consumable is determined to be in a state of requiring replacement based on the consumable information.
A consumable management system comprising:
- a device using a consumable;
- and
- a consumable management server including
- a management section that manages identification information of the device and supplier information indicating a supplier of the device in association with each other, and
- a delivery request processing section that acquires consumable information on the consumable of the device through a network and, in a case where the consumable is determined to be in a state of requiring replacement based on the consumable information, transmits a delivery request for the consumable to the supplier through the network based on the supplier information associated with the identification information of the device.
