Systems And Methods For Sharing Images In A Social Network

A method comprising, by one or more computing devices of a social-networking system:

• determining that one or more new photographs have been captured by a client computing device of a user of the social-networking system;
• identifying a user account of the user within the social-networking system;
• and
• automatically and without user input, fetching from the client computing device one or more of the new photographs for storage in association with the user account within the social-networking system.

One or more computer-readable non-transitory storage media embodying software that is operable when executed to:

• determine that one or more new photographs have been captured by a client computing device of a user of the social-networking system;
• identify a user account of the user within the social-networking system;
• and
• automatically and without user input, fetch from the client computing device one or more of the new photographs for storage in association with the user account within the social-networking system.

A social-networking system comprising:

• one or more processors associated with the social-networking system;
• and
• a memory coupled to the processors comprising instructions executable by the processors, the processors operable when executing the instructions to:
• determine that one or more new photographs have been captured by a client computing device of a user of the social-networking system;
• identify a user account of the user within the social-networking system;
• and
• automatically and without user input, fetch from the client computing device one or more of the new photographs for storage in association with the user account within the social-networking system.
