Abstract
The invention relates to a light guide block made up of a plurality of light guide rods (9) that are molded in a curable filler material, wherein for manufacturing the light guide block (1, 2), the curable filler material is fillable into an at least half-open trough (3), the light guide rods (9), as plastic injection-molded parts or plastic molded parts, being molded onto surfaces (4-8) of the trough (3) that is made, at least partially or in sections, of light-conducting plastic.

A light guide block made up of a plurality of light guide rods (9) that are molded in a curable filler material (11), wherein for manufacturing the light guide block (1, 2), the curable filler material (11) is fillable into an at least half-open trough (3), characterized in that the light guide rods (9), as plastic injection-molded parts or plastic molded parts, are molded onto surfaces (4-8) of the trough (3) that is made, at least partially or in sections, of light-conducting plastic.
