Abstract
Systems and methods are disclosed for determining an input voltage level of an input voltage received by a connection cable. A monitoring component may determine whether the input voltage level matches one of a plurality of voltage levels. The connection cable may include an indicator component that may indicate which of the plurality of voltage levels matches the input voltage level.
Claims20
A connection cable, comprising:
- a monitoring component configured to determine whether an input voltage level of an input voltage received by the connection cable matches one of a plurality of voltage levels;
- and
- an indicator component configured to indicate which of the plurality of voltage levels matches the input voltage level when the input voltage matches one of the plurality of voltage levels.
An electronic device, comprising:
- a monitoring component configured to determine whether an input voltage level of an input voltage received by a connection cable matches one of a plurality of voltage levels, wherein the connection cable comprises an indicator component configured to indicate which of the plurality of voltage levels matches the input voltage level when the input voltage matches one of the plurality of voltage levels.
A method, comprising:
- receiving an input voltage provided via a connection cable;
- determining whether an input voltage level of the input voltage matches one of a plurality of voltage levels;
- and
- causing an indication to be displayed when the input voltage matches one of the plurality of voltage levels, wherein the indication indicates which of the plurality of voltage levels matches the input voltage level.
