Nutritional substance systems and methods are disclosed enabling the tracking and communication of changes in nutritional, organoleptic, and aesthetic values of nutritional substances, and further enabling the adaptive storage and adaptive conditioning of nutritional substances.

A conditioning system characterized in that:
- the conditioning system is configured to dynamically condition a nutritional substance responsive to physiochemical states of the nutritional substance that evolve and change during conditioning.
A method of conditioning a nutritional substance characterized in that:
- conditioning of a nutritional substance is dynamically responsive to solid, gaseous and liquid states of the nutritional substance that evolve and change during conditioning.
A unique personalized data set for use in conditioning nutritional substances, comprising any one or more of:
- food preferences, conditioning sessions, meal ratings or other information provided by a consumer for use in a particular conditioning system, said information available to the consumer to carry forward to another conditioning system.
