Abstract
Broadly neutralizing interferon-α and interferon-ω antibody antagonists, polynucleotides encoding the antibodies or fragments, and methods of making and using the foregoing are useful in the treatment of diseases associated with increased production of IFNα and IFNω.
Claims6
1) A method of treating or preventing a disease associated with increased production of IFNα and IFNω, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an isolated antibody of comprising a heavy chain variable region (VH) amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:23 or SEQ ID NO:27 and a light chain variable region (VL) of amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:24 or SEQ ID NO:28 to a patient in need thereof for a time sufficient to treat or prevent the disease.
