Macrocyclic picolinamide compounds with fungicidal activity

A compound of Formula I

• wherein:
• X is H or C(O)R4;
• Y is H, C(O)R4, or Q;
• Z1 and Z2 are independently selected from the group consisting of O and CH2, with the provisio that Z1 and Z2 are not simultaneously O;
• Q is
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of OR3 and CH2R3;
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of OR3, CH2R3, and hydrogen;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, Si(R7)3, and C(O)R8, each optionally substituted with 0, 1, or multiple R10;
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, and benzyloxy, each optionally substituted with 0, 1, or multiple R7;
• R5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkoxy;
• R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, —C(O)R9 and —CH2OC(O)R9;
• R7 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, halo, and alkoxy;
• R8 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, halo, haloalkyl, alkoxy, aryl, heteroaryl, heterocyclyl, and —C(O)R7;
• R9 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl and alkoxy, each substituted with 0, 1, or multiple R10;
• and
• R10 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, halo, haloalkyl, alkoxy, aryl, heteroaryl, heterocyclyl, thioalkyl, and —C(O)R7.
