Abstract
A fluidic device includes: a first flow path in which two or more solutions are mixed; and a second circulation flow path in which a solution mixed in the first flow path is circulated and which has a capture part configured to capture a sample substance included in the solution and/or a detection part configured to detect a sample substance included in the solution.

A fluidic device, comprising:
- a first flow path in which two or more solutions are mixed;
- and
- a second circulation flow path in which a solution mixed in the first flow path is circulated and which has a capture part configured to capture a sample substance included in the solution and/or a detection part configured to detect a sample substance included in the solution.
A detection method of a sample substance
- using a fluidic device that comprises a first flow path in which two or more solutions are mixed and a second circulation flow path in which a solution mixed in the first flow path is circulated and which has a detection part configured to detect a sample substance included in the solution, the method comprising:
- a mix step of mixing two or more solutions in the first flow path;
- a transport step of transporting the mixed solution to the second circulation flow path;
- and
- a detection step of circulating the solution in the second circulation flow path and detecting the sample substance by the detection part.
