- a movable user support movably associated with the one or more inclined rails of the support structure for movement relative to and along the one or more inclined rails of the support structure;
- a movable support movably associated with the support structure for movement relative to support structure;
- a handle;
- a rowing assembly operatively associated with the handle and at least the movable support to cause at least the movable support to move relative to the support structure with movement of the handle so that at least one of a user's body and feet move at least one of vertically and longitudinally relative to the support structure with movement of the handle.

- a movable foot support movably upward and downward relative to the support structure;
- a handle;
- a rowing assembly operatively associated with the handle and at least the movable foot support to cause at least the movable foot support to move upward and downward relative to the support structure so that a user's body moves upward and rearward, and forward and downward relative to the support structure with movement of the handle and respective extending one's legs with one's feet against the movable foot support and bending one's legs with one's feet against the movable foot support.
