Microbiocidal benzoxaboroles

A compound of formula (I)

• wherein
• Ra and Rb is H, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, cyano, nitro, C1-C4alkyl which can be substituted by one to five R5, C1-C4alkoxy which can be substituted by one to five R5, C1-C4haloalkyl which can be substituted by one to five Rya;
• Q is a five- to ten-membered monocyclic or bicyclic ring system linked via a carbon atom to the rest of the molecule, said ring system is aromatic and can contain 1 to 4 ring members selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen, —C(O)— and —S(O)m—, it not being possible for each ring system to contain more than 2 oxygen atoms and more than 2 sulfur atoms, said five- to ten-membered ring system which can be can be substituted by one to five R5;
• R5 is independently selected from halogen, —OH, —CN, —NO2, —NR6N7, C1-4alkyl, C1-4haloalkyl, C1-4alkoxy, C1-4haloalkoxy, C3-6cycloalkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C2-6alkynyl, C1-4alkylthio, C1-4haloalkylthio, —C(O)H, —C(O)(C1-4 alkoxy), —C(O)(C1-4 alkyl), —C(O)—NH—(C1-4 alkyl), —C(O)—N(C1-4 alkyl)2, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4alkylthio, C1-C4alkoxy-C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkoxy, hydroxyimino, C1-C4alkoximino, C1-C4alkoximino C1-C4alkyl and C1-C4alkylendioxy;
• —C(O)NH(C1-4 alkyl), —C(O)N(C1-4 alkyl)(C1-4 alkyl), —OC(O)NH(C1-4 alkyl), —OC(O)N(C1-4 alkyl)(C1-4 alkyl), —NHC(O)(C1-4 alkyl), —NHC(O)(C1-4 alkoxy), —N(C1-4alkyl)C(O)(C1-4 alkyl), —N(C1-4 alkyl)C(O)(C1-4 alkoxy), —OC(O) (C1-4 alkyl), —C(═N—O—(C1-4 alkyl)-H, —C(═N—O—(C1-4 alkyl)-C1-C4alkyl;
• or R5 is independently selected from a —X-(6 to 10 membered-aryl) group which can be substituted by one to five substituents selected halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, —CN, —NO2, —NR6N7, C3-C6cycloalkyl;
• or R5 is independently selected from a —X-linked-5- or 6-membered heteroaryl group which comprises one or two or three heteroatoms selected from or two N, O and S which can be substituted by one to five substituents selected from halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, —CN, —NO2, —NR6R7, C3-C6cycloalkyl;
• or R5 is independently selected from a —X-linked-5- or 6-membered heterocycloalkyl group which comprises one or two or three heteroatoms selected from or two N, O and S which can be substituted by one to five substituents selected from halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, —CN, —NO2, —NR6R7, C3-C6cycloalkyl;
• R5a is independently selected from C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkoxy, —OH, —CN, —NO2;
• R6 and R7 are independently H, —C1-4alkyl —C2-4alkenyl, —C2-4alkynyl or combine with the interjacent nitrogen to form a five- or six-membered heterocyclic ring which may comprise additionally to the interjacent nitrogen atom one or two heteroatoms selected from N, O or S atoms, it not being possible for each ring system to contain more than 2 oxygen atoms and more than 2 sulfur atoms, and this five- or six-membered heterocyclic ring is unsubstituted or this five- or six-membered heterocyclic ring which can be substituted by one to five R5;
• X is a direct bond or a bridge selected from —O—, —S(O)m— or —NH—;
• m is 0, 1 or 2;
• or an agronomically acceptable salt or N-oxide thereof.
