Abstract
To provide a battery capable of changing in shape safely. To provide a battery capable of repeatedly bent. The battery includes a first lead, a second lead, a first current collector, and a second current collector. The first current collector includes a first portion bonded to the first lead and a second portion coated with a first active material. The second current collector includes a third portion bonded to the second lead and a fourth portion coated with a second active material. The first lead, the second portion, and the fourth portion overlap with each other in a portion. The second lead, the second portion, and the fourth portion overlap with each other in a portion.
Claims15
A battery comprising:
- a first lead;
- a second lead;
- a first current collector;
- and
- a second current collector,
- wherein the first current collector includes a first portion bonded to the first lead and a second portion coated with a first active material,
- wherein the second current collector includes a third portion bonded to the second lead and a fourth portion coated with a second active material,
- wherein the first lead, the second portion, and the fourth portion overlap with each other in a portion, and
- wherein the second lead, the second portion, and the fourth portion overlap with each other in a portion.
A method for manufacturing a battery including a first current collector, a second current collector, a first lead, and a second lead, comprising:
- a first step of stacking the first current collector and the second current collector,
- a second step of bonding the first lead to the first current collector and bonding the second lead to the second current collector, and
- a third step of fixing the first current collector, the second current collector, the first lead, and the second lead by a fixing member.
A battery comprising:
- a current collector including:
- a first portion bonded to a lead in a bonding portion;
- and
- a second portion coated with an active material,
- wherein the first portion is bent such that the bonding portion overlaps with the second portion.
