A method including writing of kernel modules to process Magnetic Resonance (MR) data acquired from MRI Scanner using a parallel implementation of Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting (MRF) algorithm on a parallel architecture; and launching multiple threads simultaneously.

A method, comprising:
- writing of kernel modules to process Magnetic Resonance (MR) data acquired from MRI Scanner using a parallel implementation of Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting (MRF) algorithm on a parallel architecture;
- and
- launching multiple threads simultaneously to achieve a maximum parallelism in an MRF algorithm.
