Electronic device in wireless communication system, and wireless communication method

An electronic device on a base station device side in a wireless communication system, comprising:

• processing circuitry configured to:
• determine, irrelevant to a path loss between a first user equipment and a second user equipment, for the first user equipment, a D2D transmission power parameter for performing Device-to-Device D2D communication with the second user equipment,
• wherein the D2D transmission power parameter comprises a first power parameter indicates a D2D nominal power for the first user equipment to perform D2D communication, and the D2D nominal power is different from a cellular nominal power for the first user equipment to perform a cellular communication with the base station device.

A method for performing wireless communication in a wireless communication system, comprising:

• acquiring, by a first user equipment, information on a first power parameter from a base station device, wherein the first power parameter indicates a D2D nominal power for the first user equipment to perform D2D communication with a second user equipment, the D2D nominal power different from a cellular nominal power for the first user equipment to perform a cellular communication with the base station device;
• and
• determining, irrelevant to a path loss between the electronic device and the second user equipment, by the first user equipment, a D2D transmission power for performing the D2D communication between the first user equipment and the second user equipment, based on the first power parameter.
