Abstract
One embodiment of the present invention provides a method and a device for controlling congestion in a mobile communication system, the method comprising the steps of: identifying a congestion state; checking congestion control-related information on a plurality of users; determining at least one resource resource-related user on the basis of physical resource block (PRB)-related information included in the congestion control-related information; and releasing a resource allocated to the determined user.

A congestion control method of a mobile communication system, the method comprising:
- identifying a congestion state;
- identifying congestion control information associated with a plurality of users;
- determining at least one resource release target user based on Physical Resource Block (PRB) information included in the congestion control information;
- and
- releasing resources allocated to the at least one resource release target user.

A congestion control device of a mobile communication system, the device comprising:
- a communication unit which communicates with at least one network node;
- and
- a control unit which controls identifying a congestion state, checking congestion control information associated with a plurality of users, determining at least one resource release target user based on Physical Resource Block (PRB) information included in the congestion control information, and releasing resources allocated to the at least one resource release target user.
