Imaging apparatus and imaging system

An imaging apparatus comprising:

• a color filter that receives a first light beam and outputs a second light beam;
• and
• an imaging device that includes a plurality of pixels that receive the second light beam and that output a plurality of electrical signals,
• wherein the color filter includes a plurality of portions that have a one-to-one relationship with the plurality of pixels,
• wherein the plurality of portions each have an optical transmittance, the optical transmittances being different from one another,
• wherein, if wavelength is denoted by λ, the optical transmittances include a first optical transmittance x1 (λ) and a second optical transmittance x2(λ),
• wherein, if a first wavelength is denoted by λ1, and a second wavelength, which is different from the first wavelength λ1, is denoted by λ2, x1 (λ=λ1) and x2(λ=λ1) are different from each other, and x1 (λ=λ2) and x2(λ=λ2) are different from each other, and
• wherein, if a visual sensation characteristic of brightness of a human eye is denoted by F(λ), an integral of F(λ)×x1 (λ)dλ equals an integral of F(λ)×x2(λ)dλ.
