Abstract
A dynamic cache engine designed to perform advanced, dynamic, application-specific data caching, based on multiple application and user parameters included in client requests that are sent to a server.
Claims18
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- generating, by a first application program, a first client request including a first plurality of project-specific parameters corresponding to a project;
- receiving, by a server computer, and from the client computer, via network communications, the first client request;
- and
- caching a first project-specific data set, based upon the first plurality of project-specific parameters, in a dynamic entry cache;
- wherein the dynamic entry cache uses a memory space that is separate and distinct from memory space that is used by the first application program.
2 more elements
A computer program product comprising a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon:
- first program instructions programmed to generate, by a first application program, a first client request including a first plurality of project-specific parameters corresponding to a project;
- second program instructions programmed to receive, by a server computer, and from a client computer, via network communications, the first client request;
- and
- third program instructions programmed to cache a first project-specific data set, based upon the first plurality of project-specific parameters, in a dynamic entry cache;
- wherein the dynamic entry cache uses a memory space that is separate and distinct from memory space that is used by the first application program.
2 more elements
A computer system comprising:
- a processor(s) set;
- and
- a computer readable storage medium;
- wherein:
- the processor(s) set is structured, located, connected and/or programmed to run program instructions stored on the computer readable storage medium;
- and
- the program instructions include:
- first program instructions programmed to generate, by a first application program, a first client request including a first plurality of project-specific parameters corresponding to a project;
- second program instructions programmed to receive, by a server computer, and from a client computer, via network communications, the first client request;
- and
- third program instructions programmed to cache a first project-specific data set, based upon the first plurality of project-specific parameters, in a dynamic entry cache;
- wherein the dynamic entry cache uses a memory space that is separate and distinct from memory space that is used by the first application program.
