Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for document retrieval. The method comprises: determining, in response to receiving a request to retrieve a document from a user, information for the user; obtaining, based on the determined information, ACL information for the user from an ACL index, the ACL index indicating access right of at least one user to the document; and determining, based on the ACL information of the user, a document to be provided to the user from retrieved documents in response to the request. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the retrieval efficiency may be enhanced.
Claims15
A method for document retrieval, comprising:
- determining, in response to receiving a request to retrieve a document from a user, information for the user;
- obtaining, based on the determined information, ACL information for the user from an ACL index, the ACL index indicating access right of at least one user to the document;
- and
- determining, based on the ACL information of the user, a document to be provided to the user from retrieved documents in response to the request.
An electronic device, comprising:
- a processing unit, and
- a memory coupled to the processing unit and having instructions stored, the instructions, when being executed by the processor, causes the electronic device to perform actions, the actions including:
- determining, in response to receiving a request to retrieve a document from a user, information for the user, obtaining, based on the determined information, ACL information for the user from an ACL (access control list) index, the ACL index indicating access right of at least one user to the document;
- and determining, based on the ACL information of the user, a document to be provided to the user from retrieved documents in response to the request.
A computer program product, the computer program product being tangibly stored on a transient computer readable medium and including machine executable instructions which, when being executed, cause the machine to execute steps of
- determining, in response to receiving a request to retrieve a document from a user, information for the user;
- obtaining, based on the determined information, ACL information for the user from an ACL index, the ACL index indicating access right of at least one user to the document;
- and
- determining, based on the ACL information of the user, a document to be provided to the user from retrieved documents in response to the request.
