Disclosed is a method for facilitating provisioning of health data during emergencies. The method includes receiving a health data associated with an individual from an individual device. Further, the method includes storing the health data in association with an identifier associated with the individual. Yet further, the method includes receiving an indication of a medical emergency associated with the individual. Further, the method includes retrieving the health data associated with the individual based on receipt of the indication of the medical emergency. Further, the method includes receiving a location of the individual from a mobile device, wherein the mobile device is configured to detect the location. Moreover, the method includes identifying at least one professional device based on the location. Further, the method includes transmitting the health data to the at least one professional device.
