Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for the management of the protocols used by devices for clinical-diagnostic analyses and the results obtained by said devices. The present invention further relates to the systems apt to perform such method.
Claims21
A method for the management of the clinical protocols apt to run on devices for clinical and diagnostic analysis and the results obtained by said devices comprising the following steps:
- a) storing on a first remote server a plurality of clinical protocols apt to run on devices for clinical and diagnostic analysis;
- b) transmitting one or more of said protocols to a mobile device;
- c) transmitting one or more of said protocols from said mobile device to a device for clinical-diagnostic analysis apt to perform said protocols;
- d) performing a clinical-diagnostic analysis according to the protocol transmitted at point c);
- e) transmitting the results of the analysis obtained at point d) from said device for clinical-diagnostic analyses to said mobile device;
- f) transmitting said results from said mobile device to said remote server or to a second remote server.

A system for the management of the clinical protocols apt to run on devices for clinical and diagnostic analysis and the results obtained by said devices comprising:
- a first remote server programmed for filing and updating a plurality of protocols for clinical-diagnostic analyses and/or a plurality of results of clinical-diagnostic analyses;
- one or more mobile devices programmed for receiving and transmitting a plurality of protocols and results of clinical-diagnostic analyses;
- one or more devices for clinical-diagnostic analyses programmed for receiving from a mobile device a plurality of protocols and transmitting to a mobile device the results of the clinical-diagnostic analyses performed on said device, wherein said server, said mobile devices and said devices for clinical-diagnostic analyses are interconnected by means of Internet or a local network.
