Abstract
The present invention relates to, in part, methods of improved healthcare in female subjects that, for example, relay on menstrual fluid sampling for long tem biomarker monitoring.

A method for evaluating one or more disease- or health-related biomarkers in a female subject, comprising:
- (a) obtaining a sample of the female subject's menstrual fluid;
- (b) measuring the presence, absence, or level of one or more disease- or health-related biomarkers in the sample;
- and (c) repeating with subsequent menstrual fluid.
