This invention concerns a dosage form comprising a therapeutically neuroprotective amount of A2-73 and a neuroprotective amount of at least one cooperating acetylcholinesterase inhibitor selected from the group consisting of donepezil, galantamine, rivastigmine, or memantine and method of use.

A dosage form comprising a therapeutically neuroprotective amount of A2-73 and a neuroprotective amount of at least one cooperating acetylcholinesterase inhibitor selected from the group consisting of donepezil, galantamine, rivastigmine, or memantine.
A therapeutic method of neuroprotection in a subject with actual or anticipated neuronal injury comprising administering a neuroprotective dose of A2-73 in conjunction with at least one neuroprotective dose selected from the group consisting of donepezil, galantamine, rivastigmine, or memantine.
