Abstract
Compositions and methods for the treatment of ocular diseases are disclosed.
Claims17
A method for treating an ocular disease in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising the administration of at least one inhibitor of tryptophan catabolism to the eye of said subject.
A composition comprising at least one inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase-1 (IDO1) and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for topical administration to the eye of a subject.
