A method for relieving symptoms associated with anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, or opiate dependency, paralysis, neuropathy, Crohns disease, inflammatory bowel disorders, glaucoma, seizures, epilepsy, autism, or cancer comprising administering to a subject in need thereof one or more cannabinoid formulations selected from the group consisting of:
- a. a formulation wherein at least 95% of the total cannabinoids in the formulation is tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCa);

- b. a formulation wherein at least 95% of the total cannabinoids in the formulation is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC);

- c. a formulation wherein at least 95% of the total cannabinoids in the formulation is cannabidiol (CBD);

- d. a formulation wherein at least 95% of the total cannabinoids in the formulation are THCa and cannabidiolic acid (CBDa);
- [P2a]
- e. a formulation wherein at least 95% of the total cannabinoids in the formulation are THC and CBD;
- and [P2]
- f. a formulation wherein at least 95% of the total cannabinoids in the formulation are CBD, cannabinol (CBN) and THC. [P4].
