Abstract
Compositions that can be used to improve human health, and in particular brain health are provided. In some embodiments the composition comprises Inositol, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), Choline bitartrate, L-Theanine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine. The compositions may be administered to a subject, for example in the form of a liquid drink, to improve brain health.

A liquid drink comprising Acetyl-L Carnitine, Choline bitartrate, Inositol, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, and pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ).
A method of improving brain health in a human subject, the method comprising administering to the human subject a composition comprising Acetyl L-Carnitine, Choline bitartrate, Inositol, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine and pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ).
A liquid drink comprising Acetyl-L Carnitine, Choline, Inositol, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, and L-Theanine.
