A hair styling towel includes one or more slits or buttonhole-shaped openings through which a portion of the towel may be pulled to hold the towel in a desired draped or wrapped configuration about an individual.

A towel comprising a slit or buttonhole-shaped opening proximate a first corner of the towel, the slit or opening having a sufficient length so that a portion of the towel may be pulled through the slit or opening to hold the towel in a desired configuration about an individual.
