The component elements of a recreational entertainment—consisting of three active or principal items and four accessory or supplementary items—, which are characterized by their original structure and performance, are hereby vindicated as patentable.
One of the active elements invoked in the former claim, characterized by consisting of a rigid, plastic figure which has two parts or shells, assembled onto a spiral-shaped, plastic device that functions as both a spin and a gyroscope, and an internal mechanism consisting of three to six round, metal plates joined together by a nail that ends in a metal cog and a plastic zipper.
