User terminal, radio base station and radio communication method

A radio base station comprising:

• a receiving section that receives an uplink shared channel, an uplink control channel and an uplink reference signal that are transmitted from a user terminal;
• and
• a control section that configures transmission of the uplink reference signal in the user terminal,
• wherein the receiving section performs receiving operations on an assumption that the uplink reference signal is not transmitted in a subframe in which the uplink shared channel and/or the uplink control channel are not transmitted.

A radio communication method for a user terminal,

• controlling transmission based on results of listening in uplink, the radio communication method comprising the steps of:
• generating an uplink shared channel, an uplink control channel and an uplink reference signal;
• and
• controlling transmission of the uplink shared channel, the uplink control channel and/or the uplink reference signal based on results of listening in uplink,
• wherein, when the uplink reference signal is configured to be transmitted in a subframe in which the uplink shared channel and/or the uplink control channel are transmitted, transmission of the uplink reference signal is controlled based on a result of listening that is executed before the uplink shared channel and/or the uplink control channel are transmitted.
